From the heartland of Noblesville, Indiana to the bright lights of Broadway – my journey has been anything but ordinary. What started as a 5-year-old tapping away in community theater has evolved into a full-fledged love affair with musical theatre that's taken me across the country and onto stages I once only dreamed of.
My tap shoes have carried me to festivals in Chicago, Detroit, and NYC, where I've had the incredible privilege of learning from legends like Brenda Buffalino, Sam Weber, Maurice Hines, Greg Russell, and Bril Barrett. At 15, I added ballet to my repertoire, earning spots at San Francisco Ballet School's Summer Intensive for two consecutive years and competing at Youth America Grand Prix, where I performed my Flower Festival pas de deux at Nationals and Finals in NYC.
In fall 2020, I took the leap and moved to New York City to attend The Institute for American Musical Theatre's intensive 2-year program. There, I didn't just learn how to sing, dance, and act – I learned how to audition fearlessly in front of casting teams and agents, master multiple dance styles, perform both on stage and on camera, and most importantly, how to be 100% unapologetically me.
Since graduating in May 2022, I've been living my theater dreams: swinging as the male cover in Rev Theatre's "Catch Me If You Can," dancing with "Broadway By the Year" at The Town Hall, playing ensemble and understudying Phil Davis in "White Christmas" at Little Theatre on the Square, and traveling the world with Royal Caribbean as IQ/understudy Corny Collins and Wilbur in "Hairspray" on Symphony of the Seas, followed by ensemble/understudy Eugene in "Grease" on Harmony of the Seas.
Now back in NYC, I'm mixing things up – literally. I've just earned my bartending license (because every performer needs a survival job that's actually fun), and I'm sharing my passion for dance by teaching private lessons to performers of all levels. Whether you're taking your first tap class or perfecting your grand jetés, I'm here to help you find your rhythm and confidence.
From Indiana farm fields to cruise ship stages to NYC studios – every step has led me here, and I wouldn't change a single beat of it.
